The USGA set a famously difficult test in Southampton, New York, and it was Brooks Koepka who held his nerve to take out back to back US Open Championships. DJ had the tournament - and betting markets - on a string on Friday and was long odds on at that point, till a Saturday morning blip changed all momentum.
Our headline tip, Justin Rose, was always in contention but could never quite dip his nose in front, and as it turned out it was our Ante-Post pick Tommy Fleetwood who gave us a fantastic run for our money. He drained a final round 63, matching the all-time low for the tournament, and finished just one shot off the winner in 2nd place.
