Glorious Goodwood: Tuesday

Our Horse Racing tipster has the recent form (8 wins 3 places from last 16) and also the Glorious Goodwood pedigree - from last three meetings he's returned 90pts profit from 1pt level stakes - winners inc. prices of 18/1, 14/1, 14/1, 20/1, 14/1.

Tuesday was a bookies' bonanza as several unfancied horses crossed the line in front, and most of the form horses failed to fire. The most difficult one to stomach was Breton Rock, matched at 1000s in running, who nailed our Home Of The Brave on the line.

Goodwood
1.50: Murad Khan 1pt ew at 10/1: unplaced SP 9/1
2.25: Seahenge 2pts win at 5/2: unplaced SP 4/1
3.00: Home Of The Brave 1pt ew at 8/1: 2nd SP 4/1
3.35: Oriental Fox 1pt ew at 50/1: unplaced SP 50/1
4.10: Tribal Quest 2pts win at 5/2: unplaced SP 7/4
4.45: Boom The Groom 1pt ew at 13/2: unplaced SP 9/1
5.15: Lincoln Rocks 1pt ew at 14/1: 2nd SP 12/1

Lincoln Rocks was another who looked like the winner, before Shananigans fought back tremendously bravely to get back up. Still, two big priced 2nds on a very difficult day keeps us rolling.

Total Staked 14pts, Total Return 7.5pts
