LW Weekly Profit Update

Last week was all about the return of the NFL season and our tipster hit the ground running. He landed his two strongest fancies and took home a nice 3.90pt profit.

It's early days but it was also a fantastic round for our Ante-post picks - with our main tip halving in price across the board.

RACING -13.90

No joy at Haydock for our tipster and form-lines were washed out in heavy conditions.

Despite the recent reverses on the race track, it's been a good year overall for the racing tips - which are 50pts in profit since the start of January.

GOLF -2.00

Keegan Bradley was the winner of the penultimate event on the FedEx Cup playoffs - securing his first day in the sun since the anchored putters were banned. We had a few golfers in the mix, although ultimately only Tiger Woods (25/1) made the top ten.

American Football +3.90

Our Gridiron Guru threw seven darts at the opening NFL Sunday and landed four winners. He specialises in underdog winners and landed a max stake 3pt tip on the Cinci Bengals at odds against.

TENNIS -4.00

Our players ran deep - and you can't get much deeper than reaching the final of a Grand Slam - but unfortunately a resurgent Djokovic proved too strong and left us without a return this time.

Premium Tips: Year Eight +240.07

We're 19 weeks in to our 8th year of tipping and we're track for our best ever year for the Premium Service. Our previous best was when we notched 385pts of profit in Year 4.

FedEx Cup: BMW Championship Results

Weather delays pushed the final day's play to a Monday finish once again, and it was Keegan Bradley who denied Justin Rose on the first playoff hole. Bradley was one of the golfers to really struggle following the ban of anchored putters two years ago, so this will have been an emotional victory for the 2011 PGA Championship winner.

Hideki Matsuyama was in contention before the final day's play, but was swamped after a brace of bogeys on the closing nine holes.

NFL Betting Tips: Week One Results

Our Gridiron Guru has a remarkably impressive long term record with his NFL tips, and he's got us off to a profitable start on the new season.

Aaron Rodgers was the story on Sunday with a career second half against the Bears. After hobbling off with an injured knee, he returned with his team 20-0 down. It wasn't enough to seal the game and he led the Pack to a remarkable victory.

Thankfully we were on the big plus handicap !

NFL BETTING TIPS: WEEK ONE

2pts Giants +3.0 (v Jaguars) at 9/10: FT 15-20
3pts Bengals DNB (v Colts) at 6/5: WON, FT 34-23
2pts Dolphins DNB (v Titans) at 1/1: WON, FT 27-20
2pts Browns +5 (v Steelers) at 9/10: WON, FT 21-21

2pts Chargers -3.0 (v Chiefs) at 5/6: FT 28-38
3pts Bears +7.5 (v Packers) at 5/6: WON, FT 23-24

It was an impressive start with our two most confident selections coming home, all for a tidy profit of 3.90pts on the day.
