After one of the most electric starts to a Ryder Cup in history - Europe clicked in to top gear in the first day foursomes and never looked back. They won three of the next five sessions and won each of the three days.

Records were tumbling everywhere, as Garcia's haul of three points made him the all-time Ryder Cup points leader and Franceso Molinari became the first European player to score the maximum possible points in a single Ryder Cup.

That last stat won't have passed our Members by, as they were advised to back him to be top combined point-scorer at a whopping 22/1.
