It's a rare occasion that the Ryder Cup is overshadowed by events in the regular PGA or Euro Tours, but the resurgence of Tigermania has brought the golfing world - and non-golfing world - to a standstill. Understandably he's been popular in the early specials markets this week.

We will have more player markets & specials tips out tomorrow, but it's time to get on these before the market moves.
All the noise has been, inevitably, coming from the USA and with three of the four major winners they have been popular in the market for many months. However, they have a scarred record in this event - shown most markedly in the losing track records of stalwarts Phil Mickelson & Tiger Woods.
DeChambeau is one of the hottest golfers in the world, while DJ, Koepka, Justin Thomas and Jordan Spieth need no introduction. Throw in Ryder Cup primed Patrick Reed and it's easy to see why they'd be favourites.
However - at the current prices the value clearly lies with the home side on a course that has set up to suit. Le Golf National will nullify the advantage of the yardage bombers, and while the Americans hog the headlines Europe have plenty of weapons themselves.
Francesco Molinari won the only European Major (with McIlroy & Rose close behind), and is our tip to top score for the tournament. It almost went unnoticed, but Justin Rose collected the FedEx Cup - and the $10million prize purse.
Fleetwood was unlucky not to win a major himself, with a remarkably tenacious 2nd place in the US Open as close as he got. It's easy to pick holes in the match-play form of the Americans and as such, odds against on the home team should not be passed up.
