With October's 40pt profit so fresh in the memory we approached the November meeting full of enthusiasm. However, a Saturday morning downpour left the going extremely tough, and produced an unusually pronounced track bias.

Despite all this, and so many near misses, our racing tipster returned 36.5 points (from 38 staked).

A day of near misses and despite being on one of the gambles of the day, 9/2 in to 7/4, we couldn't land that winner.

Once again we were on one of the most well gambled horses all day, in the last race. Thankfully, this time it made the place money, and we'd already notched a brace of winners earlier on the card returning a profit on the day.

Once again we were on the best backed horse on the day. Wylde Magic was 11/1 when advised - before being sent off as short as 7/2. Two winners and getting on The New One before the market did meant another nice profit on the day.
